Had a sleep in this morning which was well needed. When I woke up I cooked some sausages for breakfast then went to work. It was a fairly basic day otherwise. I ate my lunch of chicken and salad about 3 O’clock and then didn’t eat anything again until I got home from work at about 10.
Caitlin had decided to make bacon cheeseburgers using the bread roll recipe Leanne used last weekend served with keto onion rings. Burgers were a hit, onion rings didn’t really work the way the recipe said they would. They were still onions though, which I love, so I ate them. Taylah had pizza for dinner at work so she didn’t want her burger, so I claimed it and wrapped it in foil to have for breakfast.
I was up to the early hours of the morning because I just couldn’t sleep. I ate half a pack of pork crackle at some stage. I went to bed at 4 am and was up at 7 very tired.
